But while Morgan is happy for Lordstown and the Valley that some job opportunities are returning to the area, he wishes they would have been offered to the experienced workers that who were here.
"The battery facility, it's a joint venture. But knowing that there could have been something done on both sides to maybe ease the pain. Even if it was less paying jobs they could have maybe shifted some people into those jobs wich might have been kind of like we did before with Delphi. When they went through their transition we took about 400 people from Delphi so that they could stay in the area, and then they could transition to the Lordstown facility," Morgan said.
